Terms and Conditions for 1-Year Contract Paid Monthly Membership with Quatro Home Services (QHS) By signing up for the 1-year contract paid monthly membership with Quatro Home Services (QHS), you agree to the following terms and conditions: Membership Duration: The membership contract is valid for one (1) year from the date of enrollment and will be renewed automatically for subsequent one-year periods unless cancelled by either party with written notice at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Monthly Membership Fee: As a member, you agree to pay the monthly membership fee as specified in the membership agreement. The membership fee will be charged automatically to the credit card or payment method provided by you on the monthly anniversary date of your enrollment. Services Covered: The membership covers the services specified in the membership agreement, which may include but are not limited to switch replacement, light bulb replacement, smoke detector/battery replacement, plug replacement, GFCI replacement, TV wall mount installation, LED retrofit for existing lights, holiday lighting, wireless security camera installation, and other services as listed in the membership agreement. Service Requests: Members can request services covered under the membership by contacting Quatro Home Services via phone, email, or through the member portal on the website. Quatro Home Services will strive to schedule and provide the requested services in a timely manner, subject to availability of technicians and equipment. Membership Benefits: As a member, you may be eligible for additional benefits, such as waived trip charges, discounted rates, and priority scheduling, as specified in the membership agreement. Termination: Either party may terminate the membership contract with written notice at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Quatro Home Services may also terminate the membership in case of non-payment of the monthly membership fee or breach of the membership agreement by the member. Cancellation and Refunds: If you choose to cancel the membership before the end of the contract term, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership fee. Refunds may be provided on a prorated basis in case of termination by Quatro Home Services due to non-performance of services covered under the membership. Limitations: The membership does not cover services not listed in the membership agreement or services requiring specialized equipment or expertise beyond the scope of Quatro Home Services' regular offerings. Any additional services requested by the member may be subject to additional charges. Liability: Quatro Home Services will make reasonable efforts to provide quality services, but cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the member's use of the services covered under the membership. Members are responsible for ensuring the safety and accessibility of their property for service technicians. Modification: Quatro Home Services reserves the right to modify the membership terms and conditions, membership fees, or covered services with prior written notice to the member. Governing Law: This membership contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or province in which Quatro Home Services is located. By enrolling in the 1-year contract paid monthly membership with Quatro Home Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
